The AL652BIF uses SUMMIT's own dual evaporator system to separately cool the freezer and fresh food sections. Cycle defrost helps to reduce user maintenance on the refrigerator while maintaining a zero degree freezer that keeps frozen food frozen.
Additional features include a reversible door, interior light, fruit and vegetable crisper, and door storage, all in a slim 24'' width that fits well in limited space.
The AL652BIF has a jet black exterior and is designed for freestanding use. It includes an integrated door frame that allows users to mount a panel over the front. This creates a seamless look that can blend into other cabinetry. Users must provide their own handle.
