This Elite upright and chest freezer feature the Legaci refrigeration system, which provides reliability and sample security by withstanding strenuous laboratory environments. It includes customized Copeland 1hp compressors combined with DuPont Suva 95 refrigerant to provide the extra strength needed for extreme temperature loads.
Upright freezer feature the Pressure Equalization Port (PEP), which combats door open and close pressurization differential in the inner chamber, allowing easy re-entry within 30 seconds. For maximum security, upright freezers also include the CryoLatch, which provides easy one-handed operation and comes standard with a built-in key lock plus provision for a padlock
